Perfect for a family holiday in Mauritius, our 3-bedroom villas combine independence and conviviality. Easily accessible thanks to their single-storey construction, they guarantee comfortable, relaxing access. Recently designed, they offer quality materials and top-of-the-range features.
The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is fully equipped with appliances and cupboards containing all the crockery and glassware you'll need during your stay. Depending on the villa, you have filter or Nespresso coffee machines, toaster, kettle... as well as a tumble dryer and a water osmosis machine.
The main living room features a large sofa and comfortable armchairs, often coloured for that much-loved tropical touch, coffee tables and a flat-screen TV. The villas are equipped with wi-fi boxes so you can stay connected with your loved ones.
There are three bedrooms arranged around a study/dressing area. In addition to your clothes, you'll be able to store your suitcases and golf bags. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, bedside tables and opens onto the main garden through a large sliding glass window. An enclosed shower room is directly accessible. There is a large walk-in shower and two washbasins with built-in storage. Depending on the villa, the toilet opens onto the shower room or is closed off by frosted glass.
Some villas also offer the luxury of access to an outdoor shower nestled in an open-air garden and decorated with Mauritian volcanic stone. The second and third bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and two twin beds, again with sliding glass windows overlooking the garden. Shower rooms with walk-in showers, washbasins with storage and toilets are accessible directly from the bedrooms.
All rooms have air conditioning and, depending on the villa, ceiling fans. The windows are fitted with blackout curtains to protect your sleep. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The main living room opens onto a patio where you will find a secondary outdoor living room with sofa, armchairs and coffee table, as well as a dining table for at least 6 people. The sober, yet tropical decor will guarantee you that feeling of well-being typical of Mauritius.
Depending on the villa, the pool will be made of Bali stone or turquoise glazed tiles, inviting you to take a dip in complete privacy. Sun loungers, sun beds, large parasols and armchairs surround the deck so you can enjoy the Mauritian sunshine. The pool is maintained by the Anahita Golf Club's pool specialists
You have a semi-enclosed garden with a view of the golf course, depending on the villa. The lush, landscaped garden is also tended by Anahita's gardeners.
A housekeeper is present in your villa 6 days a week from 8.30am to 1.30pm and will take care of cleaning, linen and, if you wish, breakfast. She can also prepare meals for you at the villa.

The Duplex Villas at Rêve de Golf feature a modern, welcoming cathedral lounge opening onto an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms on the ground floor and a suite on the first floor.
Go through the gate and across the small landscaped garden to the front door. You'll find yourself in a luminous lounge with contemporary Mauritian decor that's bright and uncluttered. Your gaze is immediately drawn to the bay windows leading to the private outdoor garden with its many trees. A vast loggia with table for 6, sofas, armchairs and coffee table invites you to relax. Then there's your private swimming pool, its stones glistening in the Mauritian sunlight, and deckchairs to make the most of your stay.
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms for 2 people with queen-size or twin beds and large wardrobes to store all your belongings. Each bedroom has its own en suite shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, cupboards and WC. Upstairs, the third bedroom is a very spacious master suite, with a queen-size bed, large wardrobes and a safe. An adjoining bathroom awaits you with its walk-in shower and large bath, as well as 2 washbasins and plenty of storage space.
This suite opens onto a private terrace overlooking the pool and the Anahita golf course. The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. In the many cupboards, you'll find all the crockery and glassware you'll need for your stay.
Your villa is looked after in the mornings 6 days a week by a housekeeper, and the outside areas are maintained by Anahita's gardeners and swimming pool specialists.
