Once past the landscaped garden at the front of the house, you enter a very large living room with exposed beams typical of modern Mauritian buildings. With its large corner sofa in soft colours and its tropical-inspired decorative objects, the living room will transport you to another world.

The open-plan kitchen with its magnificent central island is the perfect place to prepare a meal or enjoy an aperitif. Fully equipped, it includes an American fridge with ice dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the equipment you need to enjoy your stay.

The bay windows open onto a magnificent garden planted with trees, at the end of which you can see the blue waters of the lagoon. A magnificent Mauritian stone infinity pool with white deckchairs and armchairs awaits you for those special moments of relaxation. On the ground floor, there are two bright, air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite shower rooms.


The first, with its bay window opening onto a garden, has two twin beds, storage cupboards and an enclosed shower room with walk-in shower, under-sink storage and separate toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private terrace overlooking the garden, large storage cupboards with a flat-screen TV and an enclosed shower room with a large walk-in shower, under-sink storage and, of course, a separate toilet.


A beautiful wood and glass staircase leads upstairs to the third bedroom. The entrance to this very large suite includes a dressing room with plenty of storage space and a shower room with its own private solarium. The double washbasin unit has plenty of storage space and a walk-in shower with a view of the Mauritian sky. The air-conditioned, modern and spacious bedroom has a queen-size bed - the headboard of which can be used as a desk - with an extraordinary view of the garden, built-in wardrobes and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining terrace features a sofa and armchair in soft colours that echo the blue of the sky and the bedroom's meticulous decor. Imagine waking up facing the lagoon at the start of the day...

Back outside, you'll enjoy a loggia terrace with comfortable armchairs in bright colours and a table seating up to 8 people.

And let's not forget the outdoor shower, where you can cool off in the open air, but in complete privacy...
